Last night, we had a powercut; it was annoying because it occurred just after I arrived at taekwon-do, so class got cancelled. It lasted only half an hour, but we had another one during the night, so I woke up to find that I had to reset my bedside clock once again

My three priorities at the moment are: 1. Sort out drafting some new GIS datasets, which I hope to do this morning 2. Attend today's photography course; and 3. Do a 15-mile recce around town for the Stag Walkers.
I am a bit addicted to idly scrolling through my social media news feed, but because I suffer from such bad FOMO, and attacks of jealousy when I find out I did miss out. I think I've got to the point of resigning from reading too much of my news feed - what I don't know can't hurt me, right

I had another pleasant swim yesterday morning; it's become a nice summer routine.
I have been helping to recce one of the Icknield Way hikes today, mostly because I can't make the scheduled date. I've been trying to notice what I do well, even small things.
